To operate our public store and secure your game accounts, we collect very minimal information:
- Your Minecraft In-Game Name (IGN) to handle automatic command deliveries [1].
- Your submitted transaction IDs and optional receipt images to verify payments [1].
- Basic cookies or browser cache storage (like `localStorage`) to save your basket selections and locked IGN [2].
We never collect, store, or have access to your personal bank credentials, pin numbers, or credit card codes.
2. Third-Party Data Processing
We handle your uploaded proof screenshots through secure external services:
- Cloudinary CDN: Holds and hosts your upload receipts securely in the cloud.
- Discord API: Forwards your transaction details asynchronously to our private admin staff chat so we can verify payments instantly.
3. Security Measures
Your server accounts are hashed securely using industry-standard cryptography (`bcryptjs`) to prevent unauthorized login attempts. All API communication between our Vercel client-base, Render backend server, and Spigot plugin is fully encrypted using HTTPS and TLS standards [3].
4. Player Consent
By typing `/register` inside our game server or submitting billing receipts on our store [1], you consent to the storage of your Minecraft IGN and transaction metadata as outlined in this policy.
