We deliberately keep the data we collect to a minimum — only what is needed to run the server, protect your account, and fulfill store orders:

• Your Minecraft in-game name (IGN), so purchased items and ranks can be delivered automatically to the correct account.
• Your submitted transaction IDs and optional receipt screenshots, used solely to verify and complete your payment.
• Basic browser storage (such as localStorage) that saves your basket selections and locked IGN locally on your own device for convenience.

We never collect, store, or have access to your bank credentials, PIN numbers, or card details. Payments are handled outside our systems, and we only ever see the proof-of-payment information you choose to submit.

To verify payments quickly and reliably, the information you submit is processed through a small number of trusted third-party services:

• Cloudinary: securely stores the receipt screenshots you upload, so our staff can review your proof of payment.
• Discord: forwards your transaction details to our private staff channel, allowing us to verify and deliver purchases without delay.

These services process data only on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or any other third parties.

Your account is protected with industry-standard password hashing (bcrypt), so plaintext passwords are never stored or visible to anyone — including our staff. All communication between our website, backend services, and in-game server plugins is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS to keep your data safe in transit.

We also apply practical safeguards behind the scenes: restricted staff access to submitted payment data, and regular review of our systems to prevent unauthorized access.

By registering an account with /register in-game or submitting a payment receipt through our store, you consent to the collection and storage of your Minecraft IGN and transaction details as described in this policy. If you ever wish to have your data reviewed or removed, reach out to us through our Discord community and we will handle your request promptly.

Payment records may be retained for a reasonable period for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. This policy may be updated occasionally; the latest version will always be available on this page.
