By connecting to the Maven's Hive game server or browsing our web store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from connecting to our network or making purchases.

To maintain a fun and safe community, all players must abide by our gameplay rules. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Using hacked clients, speed multipliers, x-ray mods, or auto-clickers.
• Toxic behavior, hate speech, slurs, or harassment directed at other players.
• Advertising other Minecraft servers or networks inside our global chat.
• Griefing or stealing inside claimed territories.

Violating these guidelines will result in an immediate and permanent automated or administrative ban.

All transactions completed on our checkout page are final. Ranks, Hive Coins, keys, and item packages are digital, consumable, and instantly delivered virtual goods [1]. Because these virtual goods are executed upon approval, we do not issue refunds or chargebacks for any reason.

Attempting to open a payment dispute or fraud claim through manual bank transactions will result in an immediate, network-wide ban from our server.

Maven's Hive is an independent Minecraft multiplayer network. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. We are not liable for accidental data loss, player-to-player trade issues, or unexpected service interruptions.
