TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Maven's Hive. By connecting to our Minecraft network at play.mavenshive.com, joining our Bedrock cross-play servers, browsing our web store, or making any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, please disconnect and refrain from using our services or store.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Continued use of the network or store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To keep Maven's Hive fun, fair, and safe for everyone, every player is expected to follow our gameplay and community rules. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against the following:

• Cheating of any kind — hacked clients, x-ray resource packs, speed multipliers, auto-clickers, macros, or any unfair third-party modification.
• Toxic conduct — harassment, hate speech, slurs, discrimination, threats, or targeted abuse toward other players or staff.
• Advertising other Minecraft servers, networks, or Discords in our in-game chat, forums, or community spaces.
• Griefing, stealing, or tampering with builds or items inside claimed territories.
• Exploiting bugs, duplicates, or unintended mechanics instead of reporting them to our staff team.

Violations are handled at staff discretion and may result in mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the entire network. Bans issued for cheating or harassment are generally final and will not be appealed.

All purchases made through our checkout page are final. Ranks, Hive Coins, keys, and item packages are digital virtual goods that are delivered instantly and applied to your account the moment your payment is verified. Because these goods are consumed immediately upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances.

Purchases are tied to the in-game name (IGN) entered at checkout — please double-check it before completing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect IGN submitted by the buyer.

Attempting to reverse a completed payment through a bank dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent claim will result in an immediate, network-wide ban and may lead to your account and purchase history being permanently blacklisted.

Maven's Hive is an independent Minecraft multiplayer network. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or "Minecraft" in any official capacity.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost in-game progress, items, or currency; player-to-player trade disputes; unexpected downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions; or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the network or store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including individual features, worlds, or rewards — at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your in-game account credentials secure. Any activity carried out under your account — including purchases, trades, and chat — is considered your responsibility. If your account is compromised, contact our staff team immediately, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items or currency.

Our store is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement, or that a parent or legal guardian has approved the transaction on your behalf.
